We need a balanced budget. That means cutting spending, and it means raising taxes on the wealthiest Americans. Please do not bankrupt our country for everyone just for the short-term benefit of a few thriving percent. We’ll likely all need to endure the pain of a little austerity, but let’s do it together for our children. Thank you for your service. But please don’t pass the “big beautiful bill”.
