state_all I am very troubled by the recent arrest of Judge Hannah Dugan after she proceeded with the in-action due process of a court hearing she was presiding over. I understand that the challenges facing the legislative and judicial bodies are steep in the face of an executive branch that does not abide by the constitution and long-enshrined checks and balances…not to mention that in Eastern Massachusetts we are within close range of a U.S. border (the shoreline). But I am writing to express my hope that our state takes measures to protect its judicial branch members, state and federal (to whatever means possible) from such unlawful seizure—frankly, kidnapping—at the hands of the executive branch and their weaponized department of justice.
