I oppose the administration’s disregard for due process in distributing deceptive flyers urging people to “self-deport.” They are often distributed with official immigration court communications, giving them the appearance of credibility. They falsely state that self-deporting is safe and omit serious legal consequences, including bans on reentry. I am writing to urge that you demand that the administration immediately halt the distribution of these flyers and publicly denounce these flyers for their deception.
