Now that Democrats have the majority we need to be ready to hit the ground running in January. That means educating the newly elected members on how things work. A boot camp. Wouldn’t it. be great if Nancy Pelosi ran it for the House? (Although I don’t think negotiating with MAGA works). The new senators and reps cannot be brought along slowly. Their ideas and passion got them elected. We need them to hit the ground running. PLEASE work with experienced democrats to develop a plan. Do NOT treat them as traditional newbies have been treated. Harness their energy. Embrace them. Listen! Keep working for ALL the American people. My slogan: Forward Together! (the fact that it is FT is intentional!). Go Blue!
