Please act quickly to stop Attorney General Andrew Bailey from participating in a lawsuit that would overturn section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Do you know how many Missouri children will be harmed by this action? Many of them are in families who vote for you and support you. Please, if you don’t know what section 504 is or what it does, contact an educator or the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and find out how terrible this will be. Do you want Missouri to be ranked lower than Mississippi in terms of public education?
