The Indian Health Service provides essential health care for American Indians. The proposed layoffs of probationary federal workers, including those working for the HIS, will cause an immediate limitation to health care access, threatening people’s lives. Additionally, such actions are treaty violations and legal obligations of the United States. This is not acceptable. Please use all Congressional powers to stop this over-reach of the executive branch.
