Neither Donald Trump, or Pete Hegseth have any military experience, except that Hegseth was an infantry officer in the army national guard. Frankly, that does not make him qualified to be the Secretary of Defense. And now we know why the department was changed to department of war! Iran war, a war of choice, not of imminent threat, was started with no plans, goals, or strategies. Both Trump and Hegseth are ready shoot aim. They have now committed war, crimes, many of them. And they have no idea how to end this self induced catastrophe, that has created global economic tragedy. Daily, it keeps getting worse. One day Trump says we won, it is almost over, the next day he takes out an huge bridge. He pushes allies away and the berates them for not stepping up. There is already talk about Cuba being the next theatre of operation. And then there was Greenland. Until Congress reins in their war powers, it will continue. Please draft a war powers resolution to rein in these two unqualified leaders.
