I am writing you today to ask you to oppose the budget cuts taking place at the NIH. As a graduate student in the psychological sciences, this budget cut will be devastating for not only psychology but all medical research. I urge you to oppose this in any way you can. America, and especially California, is known for top notch medical science, and it would be so devastating to see us fall behind because of the actions of a particular billionaire who has no right to be doing these cuts.
