Donald Trump is clearly unfit to serve in any public office.
His ongoing and increasingly obvious cognitive decline alone should disqualify him. Beyond that, his documented connection to the Epstein files — and his repeated efforts to delay, obstruct, or prevent their full release despite a bipartisan legal mandate — raises serious and deeply troubling questions about corruption, abuse of power, and criminal exposure.
A president who actively works to suppress legally required disclosures for personal protection is not only unfit — it is fundamentally incompatible with the Constitution and the rule of law.
Equally alarming is Trump’s escalating posture toward Venezuela without proper congressional authorization. The Constitution is explicit: the power to declare war and authorize military action rests with Congress, not the executive acting unilaterally. Provoking or engaging in international conflict without congressional approval is a direct violation of that authority and an abuse of presidential power.
Taken together, these actions — obstruction of lawful disclosure, disregard for constitutional limits, and the reckless pursuit of conflict without congressional consent — represent a clear and unacceptable threat to democratic governance.
The continued support or silence of members of Congress in the face of this behavior is itself a failure of oath and duty. The Constitution does not exist to shield individuals from accountability; it exists to protect the public from abuses of power.
I expect you to publicly oppose any effort to shield Trump from lawful investigation, to support the immediate and complete release of all required Epstein-related files, and to assert Congress’s constitutional authority over matters of war and foreign conflict.
Anything less is unacceptable
