Defend Federal Employees and Hold This Administration Accountable

I am writing to express my absolute outrage over this administration’s continued assault on federal agencies, the civil service, and the dedicated public servants who keep our government functioning. The latest ruling by U.S. District Judge Jesse Furman should be a wake up call. This administration’s attempt to use presidential authority to circumvent established civil service protections is an attack on the principles upon which our government was built. A president is not above the law, and federal employees do not lose their rights simply because a new administration takes office. I am particularly appalled by the actions of Russell Vought and Scott Kupor. Their roles in implementing this administration’s workforce agenda have contributed to the destruction of federal agencies, the elimination of jobs, the loss of institutional knowledge, and an environment where dedicated public servants are treated as disposable. This is not government reform. It is the systematic dismantling of institutions Americans depend on and the destruction of the careers and livelihoods of people who have dedicated themselves to public service. Federal employees are not political pawns. They deserve due process, legal protections, and the ability to serve the American people without fear of political retaliation. I am tired of watching members of Congress remain silent while this administration pushes the boundaries of executive power and disregards the laws Congress enacted. Your responsibility is to represent your constituents, defend the Constitution, and hold this administration accountable. It is not to rubber stamp every decision made by the president. I expect you to take action. Demand oversight. Hold Russell Vought and Scott Kupor accountable. Defend civil service protections and fight to restore the resources and staffing our federal agencies desperately need. If you expect voters to continue supporting you, then start standing up for the people you represent instead of acting as a sycophant to a wannabe tyrant and would be dictator. Enough is enough. We need leadership, accountability, and action, not silence while our government and its workforce are being dismantled.
