The president campaigned on ending unauthorized, unfunded foreign wars, yet has launched attacks against at least seven (7) known countries. Published press and media reports today reveal the administration is set on attacking Iran if they do not soon get “an agreement” with the country. Please work to pass a War Powers Resolution such that the president is prevented from unilaterally launching an attack on foreign soil without the express consent of the United States Congress, and therefore the American people. There is no swell of support in the country for such action, and no bombing of Iran should occur, period FULL STOP.
