As a resident of lower Manhattan who will be taxed as a result of congestion pricing, I want to make it clear that I WANT CONGESTION PRICING NOW (actually, I wanted it months ago when it was first set to start). I want it to protect the air quality for me and my children and I want it to slow climate change for everyone. I want it to support a subway system that works for everyone. I wanted it at $15 but I'll take it at $9. Just get it done now.
