Dear Congress: No More Deficit Funding for ICE & CBP Period, FULL STOPšŸ›‘

To: Sen. Cruz, Rep. Roy, Sen. Cornyn

From: A constituent in San Antonio, TX

May 1

Published reports indicate Congress is set to authorize further deficit funding for ICE &CBP, who have earned nothing. These agencies are not trained to pursue the mission required much less deserving of additional funding billed to the nations children and grandchildren. Nothing could be less conservative about our Republican party in this day and time. I am sincerely requesting that you oppose any further funding of any kind to ICE or CBP. Furthermore, I am requesting that you speak out publicly against additional funding AND vote ā€˜no’ should it come to a vote. Write back right away and let me know where you stand on more deficit spending. Oh, and there’s this, the nations debt now exceeds our nation’s gross domestic product. Way to go!
