"I am writing to my Federal and State representatives to demand an immediate end to the unconstitutional monitoring of homeschooling families. We are not 'co-parenting' with the government, and we are not 'co-habitating' with federal or state agencies. The Supreme Court has consistently upheld the rights of parents: • Meyer v. Nebraska (1923): Established that parents have a protected liberty interest in 'bringing up children.' • Pierce v. Society of Sisters (1925): Ruled that 'the child is not the mere creature of the State.' • Wisconsin v. Yoder (1972): Affirmed that the state’s interest in education does not override a parent's fundamental right to direct their child's upbringing. Despite these precedents, the government has failed its own mandates: 1 Safety Failure: You refuse to pass meaningful gun laws or stop school shooters, yet you want to monitor safe, private homes. 2 Moral Failure: You refuse to fire or prosecute pedophiles in the public system, yet you treat parents as suspects. 3 Logistical Failure: Rising gas prices prove you cannot manage a bus schedule, yet you seek to manage our children’s education. We demand 'Extreme Measures' for accountability: • Whistleblower Protections: Federal law must protect parents and children who expose government overreach or school-based abuse. • Civilian Investigation Teams: We are establishing a reporting service and civilian team to independently investigate officials who abuse their power or ignore predators in schools. • International Intervention: If State and Federal governments continue to violate these constitutional rights, we will seek intervention from international human rights bodies to address these systemic failures. If you cannot secure your own classrooms, you have no authority to invade our homes. We are now monitoring you."
