Following up on Emil Bove’s Senate questionnaire in which he declined to rule out a third term for Donald Trump in blatant violation of the constitution, I again strongly implore you to not approve Emil Bove or any other nominees by this President for judgeships. As a lawyer, I see firsthand how these nominees wreak havoc to the judiciary and severely damage both the public trust in that institution and the proper functioning of our constitutional republic. Please do anything and everything in your power to keep Emil Bove and other nominees from advancing out of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
