Vote no to this wrongheaded and ineffectual funding deal that Senator Durbin has brokered. History will not be kind to him. He has tarnished his legacy by kowtowing to the GOP moments before retirement. Do not let him drag the good people of Illinois down with him. Vote no. If you vote yes you are a shame to our state.
