I am strongly urging you to NOT comply with the federal real ID demands to hand over our DMV data. If it means the federal government will invalidate our real ID’s it’s worth the challenge because this administration only has hateful and nefarious and uses in mind. You are putting all Californians at risk, not least all those who are undocumented who are being criminalized by the those in the federal government. California must lead by example and sadly for all your rhetoric decrying this administration and its wholly illegal corrupt actions, your actions belie your utterances. Do NOT give in and do NOT give away our data.
