Vote No on HR86

The proposed NOSHA Act would repeal the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and abolish the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This would eliminate critical workplace safety standards and protections that millions of American workers rely on across various industries. OSHA plays a vital role in ensuring safe and healthy working conditions by enforcing regulations, providing training, and investigating workplace hazards and violations. Dismantling this agency would put workers at increased risk of preventable injuries, illnesses, and fatalities on the job. For the well-being and security of the nation's workforce, I urge you to oppose this legislation that would undermine decades of progress in occupational safety. Robust safeguards are essential to protecting the lives of hardworking Americans. Please put a stop to this. Protect our people. Vote no on HR 86
