The SAVE Act solves nothing. The evidence is resounding that voter fraud is not a serious concern. The true goal of SAVE is to suppress the vote. This is unacceptable.  I ask that you vote against this bill.  Separately, ICE/CBP should not be funded until reforms have been agreed to protect the civil rights of both those targeted by ICE/CBP and observers
