Both Montana and Hawaii are both working on a way around the ridiculous Citizens United ruling. It is something we should consider. Corporations derive their power from the charters granted by the state in which they are domiciled. These states are looking to rewrite the laws governing the activities that a corporation may pursue. If they rewrite laws to prohibit political contributions by a corporation that could dry up a sizable chunk of dark money. Please look into this to help make elections more free and open. Thank you.
