More than 500 American citizens have been illegally detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This flagrant abuse of power violates constitutional rights, unlawfully deprives individuals of due process, and fails to uphold our country’s foundational and constitutional principles of liberty and justice for all. An agency that unlawfully detains the very citizens it is sworn to protect is fundamentally broken. Take immediate legislative action to abolish ICE, restore accountability, and protect the constitutional rights of all individuals within our borders.
