Kristi Noem is unqualified for her position. Her reckless trigger happy approach to immigration enforcement has resulted in her army of untrained mall co ps executing an American citizen, a young mother, on the street of an American neighborhood. She must be impeached immediately. Please take action agains t this senseless killing and put someone competent in charge. Preferably someone who actually has either law-enforcement or military experience.
