RESOLUTION Impeaching Pamela Jo Bondi, Attorney General of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors. Resolved, That Pamela Jo Bondi is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and the following articles of impeachment be presented to the Senate: ARTICLE I: Willful Violation of Constitutional Rights On or about April 17, 2025, Pamela Jo Bondi allowed ICE to unlawfully detain Juan Carlos Lopez-Gomez, a U.S. citizen, in defiance of a state court ruling that affirmed his legal status and found no probable cause for detention. Bondi failed to intervene or direct compliance, thereby enabling the violation of due process and equal protection under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. This constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor. ARTICLE II: Obstruction of Justice and Judicial Defiance In the case of Kilmar Ábrego García, a lawful resident deported in violation of a court order, Bondi refused to enforce the judiciary’s directive and publicly supported ICE’s noncompliance. Her conduct obstructed justice and emboldened federal agencies to defy legal authority. This constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor. ARTICLE III: Abuse of Power for Political Retaliation Following Donald J. Trump’s civil fraud conviction, Bondi’s Justice Department initiated a retaliatory investigation into New York Attorney General Letitia James. This politically motivated use of federal power violates the principle of impartial justice and represents a clear abuse of office. This constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor. ARTICLE IV: Ethical Breach and Conflicts of Interest Bondi failed to fully disclose her prior lobbying for foreign entities and private prison interests. Her continued support for detention expansion and DOJ contracts with for-profit prisons raise serious conflict-of-interest concerns and compromise the integrity of her office. This constitutes gross misconduct and a breach of public trust. ARTICLE V: Dereliction of National Security Duties Bondi has dismantled essential DOJ task forces—including the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force and Task Force KleptoCapture—undermining national security and leaving the U.S. vulnerable to foreign interference and economic exploitation by hostile regimes. This constitutes a high crime and misdemeanor. Therefore, Pamela Jo Bondi warrants impeachment, trial, removal from office, and disqualification from holding any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States.
