Insurance company reform. It makes no sense why medical insurance companies would deny anything. If a doctor orders it, it should be approved. That's it. The insurance companies could save a lot of money by firing the malpractice doctors they employee to suggest a patient doesn't need a medicine or procedure and just use the patient's doctor for guidance!
