I hope this message finds you well. As a constituent of West Virginia, I am writing to strongly urge you to hold an in-person town hall meeting to engage directly with the people you represent.
West Virginians deserve the opportunity to meet with their elected officials face-to-face to discuss the pressing issues affecting our state. While virtual meetings and written statements have their place, they are no substitute for an open, public forum where constituents can ask questions and receive direct answers.
With critical issues such as disaster recovery, infrastructure investment, economic development, and federal funding for West Virginia programs at stake, it is more important than ever that you hear from those you serve. An in-person town hall will allow for meaningful dialogue and strengthen the connection between our communities and our representatives in Washington.
I respectfully request that you schedule a town hall meeting in West Virginia at a convenient time and location for constituents to attend. Please let me know if you are willing to arrange this event. I, along with many others, would greatly appreciate the opportunity to engage with you directly.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
