Release the Epstein files. Judge Emmet Sullivan has ordered it. Attorney General Todd Blanche is defying that order, and your silence on this makes you complicit. The Epstein Files Transparency Act exists precisely to prevent this kind of stonewalling, and the DOJ's response to the court has been described by legal analyst Michael Popok as "gibberish unsupported by any affidavit." That is not compliance. That is contempt. The specific records being withheld include handwritten FBI agent notes related to a woman who alleges she was sexually abused at age 13. Phang's legal team has already documented over 100 prior instances where such notes were released under the Transparency Act, so the DOJ's claim that it doesn't produce these materials is a lie on the record. Meanwhile, Blanche's department has already accidentally exposed victims' identities and home addresses in botched prior releases. This is not a department acting in good faith. I want to know where you stand. Call for Judge Sullivan to issue a formal contempt finding. Demand the FBI notes be produced immediately.
