Trump claims he paid for the White House ballroom project with private funds. Wouldn't that mean he personally demolished the East Wing, rather than following the proper, presidential procedure? That would mean he is not protected by the Supreme Court's ruling saying he cannot be prosecuted for presidential acts. Congress must impeach him and remove him from office. He must then be prosecuted for destruction of a National Historic Landmark, at least. He lied. He said the White House would not be touched. Then he said part of the East Wing would be demolished. Now it is the whole East Wing. Without anyone's approval. Without any permits. Criminal charges are necessary. Take back Congress's power. Do your part to stop further destruction of Federal property. Not to mention our democracy. Impeach. Trump. Now.
