An untold amount of Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli Defense Force using our weapons. Why don't we know how many have been killed? The Israeli government has bombed all recording organizations, and now there are no infrastructures left to document the exact number. Every day, however, we see videos and other forms of primary sources detailing the exact brutality inflicted upon the people of Palestine by Israel. Protests have erupted nationwide, and just this week, especially on college campuses. Decades from now, this will be documented and seen as part of the same legacy as the anti-Vietnam War protests. The people have shown time and time again that we do not support the genocide, we do not support the Israeli government, and we do not support misusing our tax-payer funds to pay for missiles and weapons to send to Israel. As an elected official, Senator, it is your duty to represent your constituents and voice their policies and values. So, it is your obligation and responsibility to vote no on HR 8034, the Israel Security Supplemental Appropriations Act. The voice of the people is undeniable, and it would be irresponsible for you to continue to ignore them.
