I’m asking you to speak out for and fight for the release of Mahmoud Khalil, a permanent resident who was abducted from his Columbia dorm room over the weekend in what looks like a violation of his First Amendment and due process rights. This is not only a terrible injustice to him, but it affects us all. Please speak out and fight for his release now. I know Columbia is not in our state, but if they can do this there, they can do it anywhere. Please speak out about this immediately -- all of our liberties are at stake.
