The right of transgender individuals to feel safe being their authentic selves is a fundamental human right that must be protected. No one should have to live in fear or face discrimination simply for existing as their true gender identity. It is imperative that measures are taken to ensure the transgender community can express themselves freely without barriers or oppression.
