governor I’m a Jackpocket customer in Texas and have relied on the app to securely and conveniently order my lottery tickets. The Texas Lottery Commission’s sudden policy change makes it harder for over one million Texans like me to participate in the lottery. Since 2019, Jackpocket has generated over $550 million in Texas Lottery sales and successfully processed over 250 million tickets. This decision not only disrupts the lives of lottery customers but also needlessly jeopardizes public education funding. I urge you to reverse this policy and allow me to use Jackpocket again.
