Donald Trump must stop using his office to relitigate the 2020 election. Courts, state officials, and federal investigators all reached the same conclusion years ago: there was no widespread fraud. Yet Trump continues to spread false claims about seized ballots and stolen votes, and those lies are now driving real government action. ABC News and PBS have shown how this rhetoric is being used to justify law-enforcement activity and pressure campaigns rooted in conspiracy, not evidence. This is not leadership. It is misuse of power.
We demand that our state and federal representatives act now. The Justice Department must stop pressuring states for voter rolls it has no clear authority to collect, and elected officials must publicly reject election denial as a basis for policy or enforcement. Courts have already dismissed several DOJ lawsuits, yet taxpayer money continues to be spent chasing a settled lie. This harms trust in elections, wastes time and resources, and weakens our republic. Speak out. Use your authority. Draw a clear line that the rule of law does not bend to one man’s grievances.
