Throughout the build up to the 2024 election, and on election day, there were countless instances of voter intimidation, destruction of ballots, restriction of the ability for people to exercise their constitutional right to vote, such as closing polling places while people were still in line to vote, and limiting polling places in areas that typically vote Democrat. In voting-by-mail, many people were not mailed their ballots, were given their ballots incredibly late, along with many other circumstances that lead to them being unable to vote. The 2024 election needs a recount or a re-vote entirely, to allow the democratic process of a free and fair election to go through unimpeded.
