I want to encourage the Federal government to continue using Flock systems for the investigation of criminal behavior. The US could develop its own similar system and control it without paying exorbitant fees. In any case, use of data should be prohibited to other than legitimate criminal investigations and prohibited for use in politically motivated investigations for those in the Federal government who support this right-wing authoritarian régime.
