The recent actions taken by Elon Musk and his staff, under the guise of DOGE which is an illegitimate agency granted authorities by the President that he does not have, constitute FERPA violations and I demand that you act on behalf of your constituents to begin reparations for these acts. FERPA is a LAW. Let me repeat: FERPA IS A LAW. DOGE, Elon Musk and/or his team of college interns does not have the authority to violate the law. The DOE holds private, sensitive, personal information on millions of Americans-from education levels, coursework taken, medical and disability information (insert HIPAA violations here), financial and banking data, and the list could go on. You work for the citizens of Pennsylvania whose educational data has been breached. Your duty is to stop this violation of the law and assist YOUR CONSTITUENTS with efforts to get justice as the victims of these crimes. We voted for you. We expect you to do the job. You work for us.
