Real estate brokerage and agents within firms and cro firms should be held accountable for falsified information when listing any residential or commercial properties not doing their own due diligence and talking advantage of sellers in tough times. Coercion many sellers to sign at dotted line without truly knowing what there signing as they sign 50 pages multiple times. This is a federal offense itself not to mention the lies crossing over into the buyers market with same agent deepening the crisis ;furthermore passing falsified documents into the lenders or brokerage who do the same thing eventually causing financial ruins to all the institutions, bankers, market of housing to crash itself! A federal offense written in Us code of law! A federal civil right offense. State laws standards to highest courts of law if not covered in State statute.
