Urgent call to end the genocide in Gaza!
To: Gov. Walz
From: A verified voter in Lakeville, MN
July 22
I am writing to you as your constituent, heartbroken and outraged by the ongoing atrocities in Gaza. Every single day, innocent civilians—children, families, entire generations—are being bombed, starved, and killed. This is not just a tragedy; it is a genocide unfolding before our eyes. I am pleading with you: Please do something—anything—to stop this. The United States cannot continue to stand by while entire communities are erased. We must use every ounce of our power and influence to demand an immediate ceasefire, to stop the bombings, and to force Israel to allow lifesaving humanitarian aid into Gaza. This is not a matter of politics—this is about our shared humanity. We cannot claim to value human rights or justice while allowing such horrific violence to continue unchecked. Children are starving. Hospitals are rubble. Families are trapped under the ruins of their homes. Every day that we delay action is another day of unimaginable suffering and death. I urge you to: • Demand an immediate and permanent ceasefire. • Pressure Israel to open all borders for humanitarian aid and medical supplies. • End all U.S. support—financial or military—that enables the ongoing massacre of civilians. History will judge us by what we do in this moment. I ask you to act now, to speak out, and to be on the side of justice and humanity.
