Over 200,000,000 million Americans use TikTok for business and personal reasons. I don’t support a ban. Meta spent 31,000,000 to an anti TikTok lobbying firm to get tiktok banned. This is not ok. Banning tiktok is a first amendment issue. Banning TikTok and not mandating protections for other social media companies is absurd. Any ban is another way to erode constitutional rights. Bodily autonomy is also critically important. As a voting constituent I support the separation of church and state. Any further erosion of constitutional rights is unacceptable.
