A career employee at the Social Security Administration recently provided unauthorized access to data to Elon Musk’s staffers. That employee, Leland Dudek, was recently promoted to acting commissioner by Trump. Please advance an investigation immediately into both the illegal access and the reward to Dudek for breaking the law. We cannot stand idly by while this administration flaunts the rule of law daily. As your constituent I look to you to hold those responsible for these actions accountable.
