Fix Education, Don’t’ Break It

I understand the Dept of Ed isn’t perfect. As a parent of four kids in Arizona, I have watched the vouchers suck valuable resources out of our public schools, and I have volunteered an insane amount of hours at my kids’ schools to try and help create a better functioning environment for them to learn in. So many teachers and parents are doing this across the state. Our public education is propped up on the shoulders of unpaid labor because we care about our kids, we care about our community, and we want everyone to have a good school experience. The education system in Arizona and in the United States of America needs to be changed, needs help, needs to be fixed. Abolishing the Department of Ed is NOT how we do that. Cutting funding and making things even harder is NOT how we do that. Please stand up for Education in Arizona and the US.
