Why? Why did you bother to shutdown the government? For what? You look like cowards and fools. You won nothing and lost it all. If you can’t or won’t develop policies aimed squarely at the middle class you’re done. “Orange man be bad” is not sufficient to win elections. You’d need to show some backbone. Schumer is not the right person to be minority leader. He’s a wish-washy old man and he needs to get out of the way (I say this as an old person). Get a grip or be banished to a constant minority status.
