Federally trained personnel for aerial and network security, monitoring a secure, closed network. **Equipment and Funding**: Request in-kind donations of cameras and storage from tech companies like Samsung, with tax-deductible incentives. Use donated gear to outfit every corner of each facility. Data stored on encrypted servers accessible for investigations. **Oversight and Accountability**: Require 24/7 active on duty monitoring, not just recording that can be tampered with. Catches inmate selling drugs and weapons and catches shady officers that have been know to do the same.
