Tuesday was a momentous day for Colorado and the entire country, and it was a thorough repudiation of the policies of the past two years and Project 2025. Now the real work begins. It is not enough to go back to how things were 2. or even 10 years ago. We need bold, New Deal-type actions, accountability, and attention to the needs of average workers, not just business and upper classes. We need leaders who both share and can guide that vision. To that end, you MUST start with new leadership; Chuck Schumer is not the leader to meet this moment, and I hope you realize that also.
