The Civil Rights Division of the DOJ has refused to investigate the killing of Nicole Good by ICE agent Jonathan Ross. The division is led by Harmeet Dhillon, an election denier, conspiracy theorist and former personal Trump attorney. Multiple career prosecutors stepped up to begin an investigation and were told there would be no investigation. There have been no investigations of use of excessive force against citizens under Dhillon's leadership. Killings and all other use of excessive force by ICE agents of civilians must be investigated in full. Harmeet Dhillon must be removed from the position in which she refuses to perform her duties.
