I am a constituent of yours in Morgantown WV. In light of President Trump’s recent cutting off of all aid to Ukraine, I ask you to speak out and act against this illegal impoundment of congressionally appropriated funds. This sets a dangerous precedent and regardless of your views on our role in the Ukraine/Russia war we cannot allow power to be consolidated in the executive branch this way. If you do not act against this, I will not support your reelection to future terms.
