In response to your latest newsletter.
If Minnesota is “embarrassed on a national level,” it’s not because state leaders asked for accountability. It’s because a U.S. citizen was killed by federal agents in Minneapolis, and ICE then blocked state investigators from doing their job.
That isn’t “anti‑law enforcement rhetoric.” It’s a basic expectation of transparency and due process.
If you’re going to criticize state leadership, Minnesotans deserve to know: will you also demand full accountability from the federal agents involved, or does your concern stop at the state line?
