I'm reaching out to MOC because the Homeland Security appropriations bill does nothing to rein in an out-of-control deportation machine. It should be dead on arrival, and you should vote no on this and any proposal that funds ICE without - at the very least - significant restraints on their ability to terrorize us. WE NEED REAL CONSTRAINTS ON ICE.
