I want the Senator to support the Taxing Buybacks from Big Oil Windfalls Act, which was just introduced this week. It increases the stock buyback tax to 25% on large oil & gas companies, which is only fair while Americans are struggling under Trump’s spike in gas prices. The higher buyback tax rate would be in place until gas prices consistently return to pre-war prices. Will the senator do this to help Pennsylvanians? Or will he choose inaction and cowardice yet again?
