Then a mental skills course as an elective starting in middle school, with optional modules in elementary and high school. Not a replacement for core subjects, just added to the menu like art or chorus. 2. It’s non religious mental focus regulations techniques secular techniques: breathwork for focus, visualization for goal setting, cognitive exercises for impulse control, and stress reduction methods backed by research. 3. Teacher training: Require states to provide certification or PD for teachers to deliver it, using existing health and PE teachers or counselors. Using a Ai tablet course concept to deliver teachings to class 4. Funding: federal grants to states that adopt it, similar to how PE and arts funding works. 5.
