The Trump administration's refusal to rectify the wrongful deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia and return him to the United States is unconscionable. Despite a Supreme Court ruling that his deportation was unlawful, officials insist on keeping Garcia in El Salvador, a country where he holds no citizenship. This violates basic principles of due process and human rights. Garcia must be brought back to the United States immediately to restore justice and uphold the integrity of our immigration system. Deporting individuals without proper legal procedures undermines the rule of law and America's core values.
